At The Chesterfield Brand, we strive for full satisfaction with every leather product; however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, and with all authentic tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the leather goods in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier point; once our warehouse inspects the leather, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
